For school tours and field trips, Wiard’s is the perfect place for children of all ages to enjoy fresh country air, pick apples and pumpkins, feed live animals, sip fresh apple cider and experience tractor-drawn wagon rides. Classroom teachers receive one free bag of apples. Field Trip groups are encouraged to bring a sack lunch. Children are invited to visit the Country Store with chaperones. A visit to Wiard’s is both educational and fun!
Tours are scheduled by reservation only. Groups must have a minimum of 20 people. One teacher per 20 students is free. All other adults pay full price. Sorry, we cannot include aides and parents for free.
To fully enjoy your tour at Wiard's working farm, you will want to plan on being with us for two hours or more, however shorter tours are also available. Our apple/pumpkin tour includes picking the perfect pie-size pumpkin, a cup of cider and a donut, visiting the animal farm, a tractor-drawn wagon ride and MORE.
