🍎 U-Pick Apple Season Update 🍎
Two spring frosts left Wiard’s with a much lighter apple crop this year. Because apples are limited, our U-Pick season was very short so we can save enough for our Country Store, bakery, cider, and other fall favorites.
Many orchards across Michigan and several other states are facing lighter crops this year; a big change after last fall’s bumper crop. Farming means working with what Mother Nature gives us, and we’ll make the most of every apple!
❤️🎃 The good news: U-Pick pumpkins are still ON!
We’ll have plenty of pumpkins, cider, warm donuts, wagon rides, corn mazes, playgrounds, fire engine rides, haunted attractions, and all the traditions that make fall at Wiard’s so special. Thank you for supporting our family farm and helping us keep the fall tradition going! 🍎🍏

Pick apples at the Country Fair
Create lasting family memories at our apple orchards. Wiard’s Orchard and Cider Mill in Ypsilanti, Michigan, has been offering u-pick apples to customers for over 80 years.
Please Note: The u-pick orchards are inside the Wiard’s Country Fair. If you are not coming as a Country Fair or a Field Trip guest, we will have apples & pumpkins available in our store for the same prices as u-pick.
